Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for most services. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Event and Peak-Time Reservations
Certain event, wedding, and peak-time reservations may carry a non-refundable deposit or a longer cancellation window. This will be disclosed at the time of booking.
