Airport pickups include a complimentary waiting period calculated from your flight's actual arrival time. Because we monitor flights, your chauffeur is positioned based on the live arrival time, and delays are adjusted automatically.

Point-to-Point Service
Point-to-point pickups include a complimentary waiting window starting at your scheduled pickup time. Additional time beyond the complimentary window is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Late Arrivals
If a passenger is not present at the agreed location after the complimentary waiting period, the chauffeur will attempt to contact you. Extended wait time may be billed, and repeated missed contact may result in the reservation being treated as a no-show.
