Rates and Payment
Rates include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, and standard wait time as described in your confirmation. Additional time, tolls, parking, and gratuity are billed where applicable. Payment is due per the terms of your reservation or corporate account agreement.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Damage, excessive mess, or conduct that endangers safety may result in additional charges or termination of the trip.
Liability
State Premier Limousine is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
