A no-show occurs when the passenger is not at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time, cannot be reached by phone or text after reasonable attempts, and the vehicle has departed after the complimentary waiting period.
No-show reservations may be charged the full quoted fare for the trip, as the vehicle and chauffeur were reserved exclusively for you.
Please confirm your reservation details, keep your phone available on the day of travel, and reach out if your plans change. Our team will always try to reach you before the waiting period ends.
